New Bat-Product: BATMAN vs. KILLER CROC Art Statue

Here's what DC Direct sort of has to say about this new product:
From Arkham Asylum to Gotham City's sewers, Killer Croc has a taste for revenge and is out for blood - Batman's blood! Bursting through a manhole, Croc is ready to wreak vengeance on the unsuspecting citizens of Gotham City. But Batman, swinging out of the shadows, is ready to stop Killer Croc in his tracks. This limited-edition, hand-painted, cold-cast porcelain statue measures approximately 16 1/2" high x 12 3/4" wide x 9 3/4" deep and "BATMAN vs. KILLER CROC" is packaged in a 4-color box with a Certificate of Authenticity. Limited Edition. Manufactured to order. * Minor assembly required. DESIGNED BY WALTER O'NEAL SCULPTED BY RAY VILLAFANE. Available on Pre-Order Sale NOW and hits actual retail on March 31, 2010.
Now, the very 1st photo is more or less the commercial photo of the product. The 2nd photo was sent in to us by a Bat-Blog Reader & it's of the actual item, at a Comic Convention Event. OK, I am kind of confused here. One shows Batman wearing the "Blue Suit" & the other looks totally "Black & Gray". What's up on that? Are there gonna be 2 different versions? I am sort of believing the 1st "product photo" has the real color because they would not represent a product in the wrong colors. Plus, at a public event they sometimes show a prototype of the merchandise ( statue or toy ) in their more raw early stages. That is, if they are not totally completed by then. But either way this thing just looks really amazing. Speaking of amazing. The other photos you see are from the Art Studio that created the piece. The statue is shown unpainted but you can still clearly see the incredible detail that went into making this sculpture ( click on the HD quality pics for HUGE clear pictures ). The reptile texture on Killer Croc is extremely cool. In fact there are many details that are hyper-realistic. Look at the concrete blocks, the manhole cover, the human skeletons ( ha ), the folds in the fabric, the bandages on Killer Croc's wrists look like real cloth, etc...it's crazy! I am totally excited about this piece. What do you think of it? Oh yeah, if you're looking for a good price on this then please click on the link button down below
