The reason why EB2 India is moving so fast is because people with 2001 PDs are stuck in BECs. Once they come to apply for I-140/I-485, EB2 India PD will retrogress to 2001 again. So the progress you are watching is an illusion.
That's a good point. It will be terrible to see the dates retrogress again. There's no end to this.

Most Photoshop 6 tutorials also work the same in PS7. I don't really follow many tutorials, so I don't know any of the good sites with tutorials, but if you run a search on www.google.com for Photoshop tutorials you should get something. Even if they are for PS6, they will most likely work in PS7.

What would be the expanded case status? like giving details what exactly is going on with case?
by expanded case status they mean that the case will have an expected date.
for eg, I am thking ofr my case they will say "GC expected in the next 10 to 11 years"

In the case of retrogession it is always better to apply EB2 if job description requires Master degree and if the candidate has approved master degree. Past history shows EB2 is atleast 2 years ahead of EB3 for India even if it is moving slower. But if you think any problem in eligiblity then it is better to apply EB3.
One question for I-140 for EB-2 versus EB-3.
If one applies for EB-2 at I-140 stage under premium processing and they turn it down. Does the application automatically go into EB-3, or do they ask you to re-apply for EB-3 at I-140? In that case, I am guessing that the premium processing fees that one has paid for EB-2 goes down the drian, right?
Please confirm your views, as I have heard different versions.

Masters + 4 years or Master + 0 Years or Bachelors + Exp etc is all decided by the company based on the job title requirements, pay. It is not for you to decide what the labor should be. When company filed my labor I had MS + 3 Years experience from different origanization + 2 years with current organization but the labor was for MS + 0 Yrs experience because that is what the manager & HR thought the company needed and that is how it was advertised. They attached my experience letter from previous employment while submitting the labor but the job requirement never needed it.

A few IV(I+We)'ans from several state chapters across the US have been working really hard to gather support for our bills to recapture EB visa numbers, eliminate per country caps and exempt STEM graduates from GC Quota. We have started a funding drive of 50,000$ to support lobbying efforts of these bills 25 days ago. So far we have raised 16256$ with the help of 167 members. We still need 33,744$ to reach our goal.From time to time IV'ans have come together and have made miracles happen. As soon as USCIS recieved my response documents my case status changed to resumed.
My attorney suggested me to get it notarized on stamp paper as it would look more genunie. It may not be mandatory but as it say Govt of India on stamp paper it would look little genunie.

In retrospect all of us come with couple of suitcases and end up in the top 10% of the socioeconomic strata given a time frame of 5 yrs or less.
Washington know this but the lethargy to do anything for us is i think is political.
Now that CHANGE has been elected lets see whats in store for all of us.

Whtz if the previous employer who filed the GC revokes I-140...Is it possible to extend H1 for 3 yrs in this scenario also?
