Video - New BATMAN UNDER THE RED HOOD Clip Introduced by Bruce Greenwood

The MTV Splash Page just released a new video clip recently from BATMAN: UNDER THE RED HOOD. In the beginning there's a very short intro by Batman voice actor Bruce Greenwood. Then, we get to see some more action from the movie. This new animated film from the DC Universe will be released on July 27th, 2010 on DVD & Blu-Ray. The Premiere will be this year's San Diego Comic Con & most of the actors will be there. That list will include Bruce Greenwood ( "Star Trek" movie ), John DiMaggio ("Futurama" Cartoon ) as the Joker, Jensen Ackles ("Supernatural" TV Show ) as Red Hood, and Neil Patrick Harris ("Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog") as Nightwing.

Here's one of the best video clips I have seen so far from the brand-new BATMAN: UNDER THE RED HOOD Movie. It features Batman flying THE BATWING while in a car chase! ( Those Criminals don't have a chance, ha! ) The animation is looking very well done & I'm getting more excited about this new DC Universe animated film every single day! Remember, the DVD comes out on July 27th, 2010. Plus, I'm really liking the soundtrack's background music & sound effects...nice!

Yes, the release date for BATMAN: UNDER THE RED HOOD movie just keeps getting closer & closer ( July 27th, I'm really excited! ) so I thought I would post a few new pictures from the film. The 1st pic with Batman & The Joker is my favorite but the one with Robin, The Boy Wonder, is pretty cool too. OK, the one with batman in the Batmobile is pretty awesome. Batman Wacky Wallpaper Wednesday....on Thursday!

OK, I know that today is Thursday & on Wednesday I always post "Batman Themed Desktop background Wallpapers". But I've been having a little trouble lately getting back on track. So, better late than never! Here are 3 Wallpaper Backgrounds that are sure to jazz-up any PC desktop. The 1st one uses some promo art that was done in the 1980's by Paul Gulacy, it's pretty cool. Plus, he's a total bat-fan favorite. Speaking of "promo", the next one uses some art that was found in an old comic book & was made to advertise the BATMAN RETURNS Video Game. It's got Catwoman, The Penguin, & even his famous Duck-mobile vehicle....awesome! The last one is more modern day. it's an image from the DC Universe Film BATMAN: UNDER THE RED HOOD. Here is the movie trailer for the next film in the DC Universe movie series, Batman: Under the Red Hood, featuring the voices of Bruce Greenwood, Neil Patrick Harris, Jason Isaacs and Jensen Ackles. In the new home video DVD release, coming July 27th, the Dark Knight finds himself being stalked by a mysterious criminal who seems to know all of his secrets.

BATMAN: UNDER THE RED HOOD - DC Direct Statue Maquette & DVD Cover Art

WOW! I know a lot of Batman Fans are totally excited right now about the next animated film from Warner Bros / DC Universe because they're doing BATMAN: UNDER THE RED HOOD. Well, here's what the cover art to the DVD will look like & a photo of one of the 1st product tie-ins to the movie. It's a hand-painted cold-cast porcelain maquette of Red Hood. This statue will be released by DC Direct around July 7th, 2010. It measures about 9 1/2" tall & will be very limited to only 1000 pieces. It was sculpted by Derek Miller.
